Nursing was Noni’s dream, and she has always been interested in different types of nurturing arts. After retiring from health care she spends most of her time outside kayaking, hiking, and cycling. When Covid-19 hit, and she found herself more inside than outside, she decided to take a zoom course from a local artist which boosted her confidence to paint. Noni now explores with acrylics discovering new techniques and allowing herself to play and enjoy a variety of zoom art classes to add to her now repertoire of Art. She also completed a professional photography course which also helped to spark her interest into the visual arts. Noni’s partner is a professional artist which also keeps her inspired and enjoying her newly discovered passion.
